The Albany County Sheriff’s Office is issuing a public appeal for assistance in finding Victor Dorokhov, a 22-year-old man from North Carolina who has been reported missing. Victor was last seen on Wednesday, December 17th, at approximately 9:00 a.m. According to reports, his vehicle broke down on Interstate 80 while he was traveling to Portland, Oregon.
Authorities are deeply concerned for Victor’s welfare and are asking residents, especially those along the I-80 corridor in Albany County and surrounding areas, to be vigilant. Victor is described as 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds. Any detail, no matter how small it may seem, could be crucial to this investigation.
