It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Tim Barbetti, a beloved cornerstone of our community club. Tim’s dedication and unwavering spirit touched countless lives throughout his years of service.

Tim’s greatest passion centered on our netball program, where he devoted endless hours as a volunteer. His genuine kindness and infectious humor created an atmosphere of warmth that permeated every aspect of our club. Whether organizing events, mentoring young players, or simply offering encouragement, Tim approached every task with enthusiasm and compassion.

What truly defined Tim was his remarkable ability to make everyone feel valued and welcomed. His natural instinct to help others meant he never hesitated to lend a hand whenever needed. This selfless nature, combined with his quick wit and genuine curiosity about others, made him irreplaceable within our community.

Beyond his club contributions, Tim was a devoted family man. Our thoughts and prayers extend to his beloved wife Jann, children Roger, Ash, and Sam, along with their extended families who shared him with our community.

A memorial service celebrating Tim’s remarkable life will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, December 23rd at St. Francis of the Fields, Blucher St., Strathfieldsaye.
